Dutch Clients Seek Customized Heat Pump Solution

On October 13, 2025, Jack and Robin, HVAC equipment distributors from the Netherlands, visited Mastair Heat Pump Factory.

The visit commenced with a detailed meeting. Given evolving Dutch energy policies phasing out traditional coal and gas heating in favor of electric alternatives, the clients specifically sought customized heat pump solutions capable of directly replacing existing fossil-fuel systems. Emphasizing critical requirements for the Dutch residential market, they highlighted the need for equipment with a compact size, ultra-low noise levels, and compatibility with photovoltaic (PV) systems. Further discussions centered on adapting solutions to the Netherlands’ climate and heating situation.

Following the meeting, the team toured the factory to gain deeper insights into Mastair’s manufacturing capabilities. The clients spoke highly of the factory’s extensive production scale and stringent quality standards, observing dedicated production lines for residential heating/cooling heat pumps and commercial air-cooled heat pump units, alongside organized product storage area and material assembling areas. Noteworthy was the prominent display of operational protocols and procedures at each workstation.

Mastair will maintain close communication with the clients to refine the customized solutions and advance toward future collaboration opportunities.
